3. Proof of employment in the home university, issued by your home university (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued directly in English)
4. Motivation letter (it will be filled in online, stating your motivation for applying for the Erasmus+ scholarship and describing the activities planned for the duration of the mobility in the host university)
5. Pre-acceptance document from the host university
6. Draft Work Plan

The file (printed and electronic format PDF) will be presented to your home University to Svetlana Melnic, International Relations Officer (Department of International Relations, Office 142, Administrative Building, email: melnic.svetlana@usarb.md).

Eligibility criteria

Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

1. Support (Pre-Acceptance) Letter
2. Work Plan
3. Program Motivation
4. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme
5. Any other information indicated by the applicant in CV (additional working experience, specific academic interest, etc.)

Language Requirements

Exchange staff members are expected to demonstrate English proficiency corresponding to at least B2 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.
