  6. Transcript of records issued by the home institution proving that students have successfully passed at least 2 semesters of their studies (BA) and at least 1 semester of their studies (MA)

  7. Certificate issued by the home university confirming that the candidate is a student

  8. Other relevant documents (certificates of participation in different competitions, certificates of participation in other mobility programmes, etc.)

Eligibility criteria

  1. Students at the master level;

  2. Students who have successfully completed 1 semester from their master degree;

  3. Students who study in one (or more) of the following fields: Mathematics; Informatics; Physics; Chemistry; Biology; Economics; Sociology; Education Science; Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Civil Engineering;

  4. Students with good academic records.

  5. Students who are highly motivated.

Language Requirements

Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English/French proficiency corresponding to at least B1 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.

Selection Process

The home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Average grade, the consistency of the proposed activities with the student’s university degree.

  2. Language skills

  3. Any other information indicated by the student in the application (other learning experiences, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)

Final selection

Final selection will be done by the International Cooperation Office at University of Lille 1.
