  3. Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and the home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the student and the home university (in the section Commitment)
  4. Transcript of records issued by home university – original and authorized English translation
  5. Proof of registration as a student, issued by home university, which confirms the level and the year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation – original and authorized English translation
  6. Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study programme in the host university)
  7. Motivation letter

The file (printed and electronic format PDF) will be presented to your home University to Svetlana Melnic, International Relations Officer (Department of International Relations, Office 142, Administrative Building, email: melnic.svetlana@usarb.md).

Eligibility criteria

  1. Students at the Undergraduate Level
  2. Students who have successfully completed 2 semesters of studies
  3. Students who are enrolled in one field of study offered by the host University
  4. Students with good academic record
  5. Students who are highly motivated

Language Requirements

Exchange students are expected to demonstrate English/Romanian proficiency corresponding to at least B1 level of the Common European Language Framework of Reference.

Selection Process

Home university will provide a pre-selection of candidates according to the following criteria:

  1. Academic merit (as indicated in the Transcript of records)
  2. Motivation statement content and language
  3. English language proficiency and communication skills
  4. CV
  5. Program Motivation
  6. Awareness and good knowledge of the Erasmus + programme
  7. Any other information indicated by the applicant (additional learning experience, specific academic interest, vulnerable socio-economic situation, etc.)
